Our staff have been trained professionally, had qualifications and competency in the areas of expertise include project managers, engineers, supervisors and technicians who was trained in electromechanical environment for a long time They have good professional knowledge and usually update technology information to meet investor's requirements. The company ensures that we will be grateful to talented employees for their achievements and we will encourage them to conquer new challenges and learn new skills through intensive training.

Salary policy

Each year, apart from base salary, employees are entitled to the 13th month salary.

With the motto that staff is considered as a factor in determining the success or failure of the company, DGE will focus on the development and consolidate personnel, material values and spiritual life for employees. This shows that DGE always meets requirements of labor law, rules and policies of the state, creates the ideal prerequisites for employees in working, learning and advancement.

Subsidy

In addition to the above policies, dependent on annual earnings of the company, our employees will also receive bonuses at financial year-end summary.

Beside salaries, dependent on the position and working titles, Duong Gia employees also receive subsidies to offset the time, the effort and the contribution of employees such as telephone allowance, housing allowance, construction site allowance, lunch, vacations, holidays ... etc.

Other welfare schemes

 

All official staff have social insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance according to labor law and social insurance law. In addition, DGE’s staff also participates in risk insurance and accident insurance.
